Seller questions
Do I need a Saudi entity?
Yes. Sellers must hold a valid Saudi CR and VAT registration. GCC suppliers can sell through a Disty import agreement instead.
Who sets the prices?
You do, per SKU and per quantity tier. Disty never changes your price — commission is deducted from the settled invoice.
Can I limit which buyers see my stock?
Yes. Catalogues can be restricted by city, buyer type or minimum order value from the seller console.
What about returns?
Returns follow the 7-day retailer policy. Disty inspects and either restocks with you or credits the buyer — you see every case in the console.
