This Policy applies to purchases through Disty websites, applications and authorised sales channels. It shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions for Using the Disty Platform and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory statutory provisions shall prevail, followed by a valid specific agreement and the details of the accepted Order, in accordance with the order of precedence in the Terms. Subsequent amendments shall not apply retrospectively to an accepted Order without valid agreement or a legal requirement. This Policy governs the settlement of amounts due following non-acceptance of an Order, cancellation, return, defect, non-delivery or overpayment. It does not, of itself, create a right to cancel outside the applicable statutory or contractual grounds.
Amounts due shall be refunded where payment has been collected for an Order that was not accepted; cancellation is lawful; cancellation or return satisfies the applicable conditions; an excess or duplicate payment is established; or a breach gives rise to a refund under applicable law or agreement. Where a payment is only a hold or authorisation and has not been collected, we shall request its release or cancellation through the relevant channel and explain its status to the Customer.
The refund shall be calculated by reference to the amount actually paid for the eligible items, including tax and charges that must be refunded. Costs incurred in remedying the Seller’s error, a defect, non-conformity or a delivery breach shall be reimbursed to the extent required. For change-of-mind returns, only lawful, disclosed costs shall apply. For a partial return, we shall explain the proportionate allocation of Order-level discounts and charges. New shipping charges shall not be imposed retrospectively without a valid basis.
As a contractual commitment under Section 8.7 of Disty’s Terms, the refund process shall be initiated without delay and in any event within 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned product, or after valid notice of cancellation if the product has not been dispatched or cancellation is due to non-delivery. Any shorter period or more favourable starting point required by law shall apply. The period shall not run from an undefined internal approval, nor be deferred by Seller or finance-department reviews without a valid basis. We shall provide the Customer with the refund execution reference and continue to follow up any actual failure in execution.
Refunds shall be made to the original payment method wherever possible. Wallet credit or a purchase voucher shall not be substituted without valid explicit consent or a legal basis. If the original method cannot be used, a secure alternative shall be agreed without additional charges arising from the refund. Bank transfers require proportionate verification of the payee and account ownership. We shall not request full card details or a verification code to execute a refund. The time taken for the credit to appear at the bank may vary after execution. We shall explain this and follow up the matter without disclaiming responsibility.
A balance funded by the Customer or due to be refunded remains money due according to its source. It shall not become a promotional grant or expire at the end of a campaign. Vouchers and free credits shall be treated under their disclosed conditions and shall not be converted into cash unless such conversion is due. The return of gifts or reversal of a benefit shall be taken into account only to a lawful and disclosed extent, without confiscating an unrelated amount or deducting more than the benefit justifies.
For credit purchases, a credit note shall be issued and the debt and available credit limit adjusted to reflect the amount due. Any refundable overpayment shall be returned. Where an Order combines a monetary payment and an eligible balance, or uses multiple payment methods, we shall explain the settlement method according to the source of each component, without duplicate refunds. No deduction or set-off against another debt shall be made unless its statutory conditions or a valid agreement permit it, with the amounts and grounds explained.
The identified Seller shall discharge its refund obligation, and Disty shall perform its disclosed collection, refund or follow-up role. The Customer’s right shall not be extinguished because funds have been settled with the Seller, and the Customer shall not be required to pay twice because of a dispute between the parties. If the Order was concluded through a partner platform, handling shall be coordinated with the collection channel in accordance with the agreement and applicable rights, without imposing a procedure that prevents a mandatory right or automatically changes the refund method to which the Customer is entitled.
Please inform us of any pending bank dispute so that we can coordinate settlement and avoid duplicate refunds. A legitimate dispute does not, of itself, constitute fraud and shall not be used to delay an undisputed amount without a valid basis. We shall explain the grounds for any difference in amount or rejection and permit supporting documents to be submitted. Credit notes and tax corrections shall be issued in accordance with applicable requirements.

Reports and complaints may be submitted directly to the competent authorities; exhaustion of Disty’s internal procedures is not required.
