This Policy applies to purchases through Disty websites, applications and authorised sales channels. It shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions for Using the Disty Platform and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory statutory provisions shall prevail, followed by a valid specific agreement and the details of the accepted Order, in accordance with the order of precedence in the Terms. Subsequent amendments shall not apply retrospectively to an accepted Order without valid agreement or a legal requirement. Service areas and delivery options for each product and address shall be specified before the contract is concluded. Delivery to all cities, international shipping and same-day service shall not be assumed to be available unless expressly offered for the Order. Fulfilment may be undertaken by Disty, a carrier or a fulfilment partner under the disclosed arrangements.
In-stock products shall be distinguished from products requiring sourcing, importation or manufacture to specification. The preparation period and transit period, or the overall delivery time, shall be displayed for the Order, specifying whether days are calendar days or Business Days. Business Days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays in the Kingdom. “Ready for dispatch” does not mean that delivery to the Customer has occurred.
Preparation shall begin after acceptance of the Order and completion and verification of payment, or approval of credit or payment on delivery, as agreed. Any verification requirement affecting timing shall be disclosed before contracting. An accepted delivery time shall not be changed because of internal procedures without agreement or a valid basis. Same-day or scheduled delivery is subject to the coverage areas, cut-off time and conditions disclosed for the Order, without a general promise of a fixed period for all products.
The total price, tax, delivery charges and any additional charges shall be disclosed before acceptance. Installation, lifting or special-handling charges shall be disclosed in advance where those services are available and required. Delivery shall not be assumed to include installation, device configuration or entry to sites requiring permits unless agreed. Additional charges shall not be imposed merely because the Seller elects to split the Order into multiple shipments.
The Customer shall provide a National Address or accurate delivery address, a valid contact number, the name of an authorised recipient and any necessary access requirements. Changes to the address or recipient shall be requested through an authorised channel and are subject to feasibility and verification. Any lawful cost shall be disclosed before the change is approved. The Customer shall not bear costs arising from an error by the Seller or its appointed carrier.
We shall provide the shipment reference and tracking information according to the carrier and available channel. System updates may be delayed, and actual delivery shall be verified if disputed. Where multiple Sellers or shipments are involved, the accepted items, their delivery times and the relevant parties shall be identified. No product with different specifications or other substitute shall be supplied without the Customer’s consent.
The product shall be delivered to the Customer or its authorised representative. Delivery may be evidenced by a shipment-specific code, signature, stamp, carrier record or appropriate photograph, subject to privacy requirements and verification in the event of a dispute. A Disty account sign-in code or payment code shall not be requested in order to receive a shipment. An electronic record alone is not conclusive evidence precluding a challenge. Photographs of individuals, their documents and unnecessary data shall be minimised.
Inspect the shipment’s visible condition when able to do so and report damage, shortages or errors within 48 hours to facilitate verification. Rights do not automatically lapse upon expiry of that period, which does not prevent a hidden-defect or warranty claim. Risk of damage or loss passes on actual delivery in accordance with the agreement and applicable law, not merely upon handover to a carrier chosen by the Seller. The party undertaking delivery shall perform its obligation, without prejudice to its right of recourse against the carrier.
If delivery fails for a reason attributable to the Customer, we shall contact it to rearrange delivery and explain the steps involved. Redelivery or storage charges shall be imposed only on a disclosed, reasonable and properly due basis. The affected part may be terminated following notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve delivery, with settlement of amounts due. If refusal is due to a visible defect or supply error, the circumstances shall be documented and addressed without charging the Customer for the Seller’s breach.
We shall notify the Customer of an anticipated delay or material difficulty and the revised estimate. Notice alone does not make an extension binding. Delay-related cancellation rights under Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law shall be observed where applicable. If no other period is agreed, the statutory right applies where more than fifteen days have elapsed from contracting. Delay beyond an agreed date shall be addressed without an automatic additional grace period. A missing shipment shall be investigated and the remedy due provided without waiting indefinitely for compensation from the carrier. Force majeure shall be assessed according to its conditions and actual effect. Ordinary supplier failure does not automatically constitute force majeure.
Undelivered items and amounts due shall be handled under the Returns and Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy, without prejudice to the Customer’s other rights. For assistance, contact support or the account manager through authorised channels, email info@disty.app or call 920027744. Provide the Order number, a description of the issue and available evidence. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment-card details. Reports and complaints may be submitted directly to the competent authorities; exhaustion of Disty’s internal procedures is not required.
